Floury potatoes
butter, warm milk, salt
Purple cauliflower
Preparation
- Boil floury potatoes until done and mash them with a fork.
- Clean a purple cauliflower, cut into small pieces, and blanch until just tender.
- Stir this into the potatoes to taste. Finally, add some butter and warm milk. Season with a little salt. Grate a bit of purple cauliflower over the top.
