This tart of Délice de Bourgogne and plums offers a perfect combination of creamy cheese and juicy plums, delicious and elegant.

2gEgg yolks

100gDelice de Bourgogne
Plums
150gWhole egg

Red port
dried plums

Preparation

  1. Process the flour, butter, sugar, and salt in the food processor until crumbly.
  2. Add the egg and the 2 egg yolks and process into a dough.
  3. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough, place it in molds, and blind bake for about 10 minutes at 180°C.

  1. Mix the ingredients in a food processor into a batter.
  2. Mix in some plums to taste.
  3. Fill the tartelette shells and bake at 180°C for about 12 to 15 minutes.
  4. Serve the whole thing warm.

  1. Warm the port and add the dried prunes.
  2. Let them soak for 20 minutes over low heat.
  3. Strain and cut into pieces.
