Tahini date mousse

Ingredients

100gMed Cuisine tahini
120gDate syrup
250mlWhipped cream

Preparation

  1. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the tahini and date syrup until smooth.
  3. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the tahini-date mixture to keep it light and airy.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours for a mousse texture or freeze for 4 hours for more of a semifreddo texture.
  5. Spoon the mousse or semifreddo into bowls and garnish as desired.
