Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Take the tarte tatins out of the freezer and carefully remove the ring and loosen the paper while they are still frozen.
- Place them in the oven and bake for 18 minutes at 180°C.
- Cook the hamburger and place it on the tarte tatin.
- Finish with salsa brava, a mayonnaise of your choice (for example, enriched with fresh aji amarillo (yellow Peruvian pepper)) and cress.
