One-bite pitas filled with minced lamb

The one-bite pitas are 4.5 cm in diameter, ideal as a snack. Sprinkle with water, heat in an oven at 80-90°C for 5-6 minutes. For example, fill with minced lamb and serve on a skewer.

Ingredients

2Roasted and chopped hazelnuts or pine nuts
1units.itemsFinely chopped red onion
300gLamb mince (or beef mince)
One-bite pitas
2units.itemsPressed garlic cloves
1Harissa
1Cumin
0.5Cinnamon
3Finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
Pepper
Salt
Lettuce
Sweet cicely
Borage cress
Apricot and mint dressing

Preparation

  1. Sauté the red onion until soft.
  2. Then mix all the ingredients together.
  3. Form small burgers and cook them in a pan.
  4. Serve the pitas with some lettuce, chervil, and the apricot and mint dressing.
  5. Garnish with Borage cress or other edible flowers.
