
Pinsa with mozzarella & mortadella
The filled pinsa is made with ready-made dough. We make four 'buns', sprinkle the dough with olive oil, bake it, and top it generously.Ingredients
Tatsoi lettuce
Mortadella
Italian cheese dressing
Fresh pinsa dough
Honey & thyme crumble
Preparation
- Cut the dough into four pieces, shape the dough into balls, and let rise at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Roll out, drizzle with olive oil, top with thin slices of mozzarella, and fold the dough in half.
- Bake at 220ÀöC for about 10 to 12 minutes.
- Open the dough and generously top with mortadella, Tatsoi lettuce, Italian cheese dressing, and a crumble of honey and thyme.
