Skewer sandwich

B’rustiek flute brown is traditional bread made exclusively from natural ingredients. The 48-hour fermentation gives this brown bread a moist, open crumb with lots of flavor.

Ingredients

Bavette
Oil
B'rustiek brown flute
Smoked paprika powder
African BBQ rub
Brava sauce

Preparation

  1. For this 'skewer sandwich', bake the bread for 12 to 14 minutes in the oven at 200-220˚C.
  2. Slice the bread lengthwise for the skewers, brush with paprika oil, and toast on the barbecue.
  3. Enrich the toasted bread with rosé grilled bavette (rubbed with African BBQ rub) and Brava sauce.
