Preparation
- For this 'skewer sandwich', bake the bread for 12 to 14 minutes in the oven at 200-220˚C.
- Slice the bread lengthwise for the skewers, brush with paprika oil, and toast on the barbecue.
- Enrich the toasted bread with rosé grilled bavette (rubbed with African BBQ rub) and Brava sauce.
