Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Take the tarte tatins out of the freezer and carefully remove the ring and loosen the paper while they are still frozen.
- Place them in the oven and bake for 18 minutes at 180°C.
- Fry the tasty-bites for a few seconds in a deep fryer at 180°C and finish with the included herbs.
- Finish the tarte tatin with anchovies, liquid olives, caviaroli sauce, tasty-bites or bonito flakes, and cress.
