
Stuffed pita cocktail snacks
These pitas are delicious in flavor and, due to their small size, very suitable to serve as a snack.
We fill them with a minced meat mixture, bake them in herb butter, and serve them with a yogurt-garlic dipping sauce.
Ingredients
Cocktail pitas plain
500gGround beef
Cocktail pitas za'atar
Tandoori sauce
Herb butter
Yogurt-garlic dip sauce
150gRoasted eggplant
Preparation
- For these cocktail snacks, make a filling by frying 500 grams of ground beef, let it drain through a sieve, put the meat in a dry frying pan and heat with 150 grams of roasted eggplant and a splash of tandoori sauce.
- Fill the rolls with the meat mixture and then fry them in herb butter (first on the filled side and then the other sides).
- Serve warm with a yogurt and garlic dip.
