Preparation
- Let the croissants thaw (about 15 minutes outside the refrigerator).
- Press both sides into fine sugar, place on baking paper, cover with a second sheet of baking paper and a baking tray. Flatten the dough.
- Leave the baking tray on top and bake the croissants until crispy and golden brown in the oven at 170-180ÀöC.
- Let cool and dip in, for example, white chocolate.
- Top with a sweet crunch such as yogurt, mango and passion fruit, or pistachio.
