Tempura of soft-shell crab with coconut milk, served with a steamed bun.

Ingredients

soft-shell crab
Tempura flour
bun
Coconut milk

Preparation

  1. First, make a tempura batter: mix the flour with half cold (carbonated) water and half coconut milk until you have a batter with the consistency of yogurt.
  2. Dip the crab in the batter and fry until crispy.
  3. We serve this with a steamed bun (bread roll).
