Valentine's rings

Ring of red beet and caviar, an interesting and delicious combination.

Ingredients

1units.itemsVegetable sheet red beet
1units.tinTin of caviar
Crème fraîche

Preparation

  1. Cut the beet skin to the desired size.
  2. Fry the beet skin in oil at 170°C.
  3. Immediately shape it into a ring as soon as it comes out of the fryer.
  4. Place a spoonful of crème fraîche on the ring
  5. Place a little caviar on the crème fraîche.
  6. Serve immediately.
