Crème fraîche
Preparation
- Cut the beet skin to the desired size.
- Fry the beet skin in oil at 170°C.
- Immediately shape it into a ring as soon as it comes out of the fryer.
- Place a spoonful of crème fraîche on the ring
- Place a little caviar on the crème fraîche.
- Serve immediately.
