Vanilla mousse with forest fruits, raspberry tuile and sorbet ice cream.This recipe is for 10 people.

Ingredients

300gRed fruit
2semi-skimmed milk
71gAlsa Vanilla mousse mix
Raspberry kletskoppen
Raspberry sorbet ice
2Alsa Topping Raspberry
12Stainless steel pastry rings 7 cm Ø

Preparation

  1. Tightly line the outside bottom of the rings with aluminum foil to prevent leakage and place the rings on a tray
  2. Line the inside of the rings with PVC foil or a strip of baking paper
  3. Add the milk to the Alsa Vanilla Mousse
  4. Whip for 2 minutes on low speed and then 5 minutes on high speed
  5. Put the mousse in a piping bag with a nozzle
  6. Fill the rings 3/4 full with the vanilla mousse and place them in the fridge for 2 hours
  7. Remove the mousse from the rings and remove the PVC foil / baking paper
  8. Place the vanilla mousse on a plate
  9. Spread the red fruit and topping over the mousse
  10. Stick a raspberry kletskop into the mousse
  11. Serve with raspberry sorbet
