Crêpe with Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

2semi-skimmed milk
2.5orange marmalade
10Koopmans Professional crepes
96gAlsa Chocolate Mousse Douceur

Preparation

  1. Heat the crêpes in the oven or microwave
  2. Add the milk to the Alsa Chocolate Mousse mix
  3. Whisk for 2 minutes on low speed and then 5 minutes on high speed
  4. Put the mousse in a piping bag
  5. Fold the crêpe twice and pipe the chocolate mousse into the top opening
  6. Place the crêpes in the refrigerator for 2 hours, covered with plastic wrap
  7. Spread the orange marmalade over the filled crêpe
