Strawberry charlotte

This strawberry charlotte recipe is suitable for 10 people.

Ingredients

2Semi-skimmed milk
1Alsa topping Strawberry
Fresh strawberries
PVC film or strips of baking paper
200gLadyfingers
10stainless steel rings 5 cm Ø
86gAlsa Strawberry Mousse mix

Preparation

  1. Place plastic wrap on a tray, place the rings on the tray
  2. Line the stainless steel rings with PVC foil or a strip of baking paper
  3. Mix the Alsa Strawberry Mousse mix with the milk
  4. Whip for 2 minutes on low speed and then 5 minutes on high speed
  5. Put the mousse in a piping bag and fill the rings
  6. Place the mousse in the refrigerator for 2 hours
  7. Cut the ladyfingers lengthwise down the middle and then crosswise down the middle
  8. Remove the mousse from the rings and remove the PVC foil or baking paper
  9. Place the ladyfingers around the mousse
  10. Place the Charlotte on a plate
  11. Add the Strawberry topping
  12. Garnish with fresh strawberries
