This strawberry charlotte recipe is suitable for 10 people.Ingredients
2Semi-skimmed milk
1Alsa topping Strawberry
Fresh strawberries
PVC film or strips of baking paper
200gLadyfingers
10stainless steel rings 5 cm Ø
86gAlsa Strawberry Mousse mix
Preparation
- Place plastic wrap on a tray, place the rings on the tray
- Line the stainless steel rings with PVC foil or a strip of baking paper
- Mix the Alsa Strawberry Mousse mix with the milk
- Whip for 2 minutes on low speed and then 5 minutes on high speed
- Put the mousse in a piping bag and fill the rings
- Place the mousse in the refrigerator for 2 hours
- Cut the ladyfingers lengthwise down the middle and then crosswise down the middle
- Remove the mousse from the rings and remove the PVC foil or baking paper
- Place the ladyfingers around the mousse
- Place the Charlotte on a plate
- Add the Strawberry topping
- Garnish with fresh strawberries
