
Pork ribs with marinated red cabbage

Ingredients

0.5units.itemsred cabbage
1Sea salt
Black pepper
4Apple cider vinegar
2Olive oil
1nut oil
4units.itemspork ribs
a handful of seed mix
a few sprigs of oregano
Preparation
- Slice the red cabbage and mix with the sea salt, black pepper, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and walnut oil, and mix well.
- Marinate the pork ribs in the mixture for 2 hours.
- Grill the ribs on the barbecue over indirect heat (preferably in a rib rack) for 15 minutes at about 180°C.
- Remove them from the rack and briefly grill directly on the grate.
- Strain the red cabbage and serve with the seeds and oregano.
