Arugula
Mozzarella
3Pesto
1rustic white roll
1Tomato
1vegetarian burger
100gBrander mayonnaise
Preparation
- Bake or grill the vegetarian burger. Place the sliced mozzarella on top.
- Briefly place the burger with mozzarella in the oven, or gratinate it under the salamander.
- Blend the pesto with the mayonnaise until smooth in a blender.
- Bake the buns in the oven.
- Top the buns with arugula, tomato slices, and the burger with melted mozzarella.
- Serve the pesto mayonnaise separately.
