Butterfly cookies

Vegetarian dishes have now become indispensable in the kitchen. Vegetables are increasingly taking center stage and the possibilities seem endless. Our range of meat substitutes has grown rapidly in a short time and continues to grow every day. By using the silicone butterfly mold (62168980), you can make beautiful vegetarian butterfly cookies. 

Ingredients

silicone butterfly mold
45gSifted flour
10gvegetable powder (for example beet, algae, or wasabi)
25gzusto (sugar alternative)
50gEgg white
herbs and salt to taste
50gButter

Preparation

  1. Mix the zusto with the flour, salt, and vegetable powder.
  2. Heat the butter until lightly browned and add it together with the egg white to the dry mixture.
  3. Mix everything with a whisk to make a batter.
  4. Let the batter cool and spread it thinly in the mold.
  5. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes at 160°C and shape them immediately after they come out of the oven.
