Watercress pesto

This recipe comes from Sint-Lucie, the largest watercress company in Belgium. A classic pesto, but with a twist: watercress!

Ingredients

100gWatercress
40gRoasted pine nuts
20gGrated Parmesan cheese
Salt
125mlOlive oil
Garlic clove

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients in the food processor and blend into a coarse pesto.
