White Chocolate & Raspberry latte

A delicious latte with white chocolate and raspberry.A beautiful miscela (blend) of 60% arabica beans and 40% robusta coffee beans, with a classic aroma and a persistent texture, cocoa notes, and a soft finish.

Ingredients

20mlMonin white chocolate syrup
15mlMonin raspberry syrup
Whole milk
Raspberries
1cup of espresso Miscela 201
Unsweetened whipped cream
ground white chocolate

Preparation

  1. Pour the raspberry syrup into the glass.
  2. Pour the white chocolate syrup and the unsweetened whipped cream into a siphon, charge with a cartridge, and shake well.
  3. Froth the milk in a milk frother, swirl it, and pour into the glass over the raspberry syrup.
  4. Let it rest for a moment and then slowly pour in the espresso.
  5. Top with the white chocolate whipped cream from the siphon.
  6. Garnish with raspberries and grated white chocolate.
