20mlMonin white chocolate syrup
15mlMonin raspberry syrup
Whole milk
Raspberries
1cup of espresso Miscela 201
Unsweetened whipped cream
ground white chocolate
Preparation
- Pour the raspberry syrup into the glass.
- Pour the white chocolate syrup and the unsweetened whipped cream into a siphon, charge with a cartridge, and shake well.
- Froth the milk in a milk frother, swirl it, and pour into the glass over the raspberry syrup.
- Let it rest for a moment and then slowly pour in the espresso.
- Top with the white chocolate whipped cream from the siphon.
- Garnish with raspberries and grated white chocolate.
