Crispy baked wild boar chuck with grains.

Ingredients

Oil
Flour
crispy grains and seeds
wild boar neck

Preparation

  1. Cut slices from the neck and dredge them in flour.
  2. Fry until crispy in oil and keep warm.
  3. Before serving, top with the grains and seeds and give a quick blast in the oven (be careful not to burn).
