Look, There Comes the Bourbon

This warm and spicy cocktail combines the deep, rich flavor of bourbon with a winter spice syrup for an extra layered character.

The addition of orange bitter and a fresh orange peel gives the drink a refreshing twist, while the burnt cinnamon stick provides an aromatic finish. Perfect for winter evenings or festive occasions.

Ingredients

Ice cubes
Orange peel
2Angostura Orange Bitter
60mlWoodford Reserve Bourbon
burnt cinnamon stick
20mlMONIN Winter Spice syrup

Preparation

  1. Pump 2 x 10 ml MONIN Winter Spice into a glass.
  2. Add two drops of Angostura Orange Bitter and then the Bourbon whiskey.
  3. Stir gently and add ice cubes.
  4. Squeeze orange peel into the glass.
  5. Garnish the glass with a torched cinnamon stick and orange peel.
