Don Papa originates from the Philippine island of Negros, which is known for its rich and sweet sugarcane. After distillation, the rum is aged for 7 years in oak barrels. This results in a rich and delicate rum, with notes of vanilla, honey, and candied fruit. Don Papa has such quality that it can even be drunk neat or on the rocks.
