The wine is very fresh and fruity, with aromas of citrus fruit and Granny Smith apple. It is our only wine that ages well and can easily mature for 10 years or more. After 3 to 4 years, it develops a 'goût de pétrole', a petrol-like aroma. This wine is an ideal pairing with all seafood.
