The vineyards of Baron Gassier are located at the foot of the famous mountain Sainte-Victoire. This mountain is the cradle of the appellation: AOC 'Côtes-de-Provence'. From a long tradition, dry rosé made mostly from grenache grapes is produced in this region. This rosé has a powerful bouquet, while the taste and finish offer a very good balance of freshness and soft acids.
Aroma: blackcurrant, lemon, cassis
Taste: structured, medium acidity, light body
Pairs well with: seafood, aperitif, salads.
