A Tripel with 9% alcohol and a blonde glow of the Dawn, a hop bite from a selection of beautiful hop flowers gives this strong top-fermented beer a beautiful hop bitterness in the finish with a sweet hint of tropical fruit.
Bruuzer is the Tessels dialect for “Wildebras” (wild one). From the copper kettles of the only brewing family that Texel has comes an unruly and powerful top-fermented beer: the “Tesselaar Bruuzer”.
