Caiarossa 2019 is a biodynamically produced red wine from Riparbella, on the Tuscan coast. This blend, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, and Sangiovese, reflects the character of the region with mineral-rich soils, the cooling influence of the sea, and optimal sun exposure. Deep ruby red in the glass. The wine offers aromas of ripe blackcurrants, cassis, and plums, complemented by notes of violets, Mediterranean herbs, graphite, and subtle cedarwood. On the palate, powerful and refined, with soft tannins, fresh acidity, and a long, elegant finish.
