Cazcabel Añejo is a tequila made from 100% Blue Weber Agave from the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. This añejo is aged for at least 12 months in 200-liter American oak barrels, which provides extra depth and complexity. The tequila is produced without additives and under the supervision of master distiller Yadira Hernández Lozano. From the selection of agaves that are at least six years old to the bottling, the entire production process takes place within the family business, ensuring consistent quality and authenticity. With its careful maturation and traditional production method, this tequila offers a refined and characterful flavor profile.
