Claerkampster Cloosterlikeur is a herbal bitter with a distinctive green colour. The liqueur is made according to a centuries-old recipe from Brother Jacob, who made the drink from herbs he collected around the Claerkampster monastery. The base of the liqueur consists of 17 natural herbs, including nettle, clover leaf, daisy, mint, dandelion, white dead-nettle and yarrow. The liqueur has a characteristic, subtle and well-balanced taste. Enjoy it on its own with an ice cube, in a traditional mix with cola, or in a special cocktail.
