This Viarum Brut is made from Blauer Muskateller, a very old Muscat variety originally from India. The wine displays floral and fruity aromas, complemented by refined spiciness. The grapes are pressed as whole clusters. The wine then matures for over 58 months on the lees, adding extra complexity and depth. The result is a sparkling wine with a refined aromatic profile and an elegant structure. Nose: floral and fruity with subtle spice. Palate: complex and refined. Finish: elegant and persistent.
