This Oude Geuze is a beautiful example of the character that comes from the 600 L Demi-Muids. Demi-Muids casks, built with thicker staves and originally used to mature Chateauneuf du Pape wine, allow less oxygen than smaller casks, giving the beer a rounder and more fruity flavor. It is a beautiful blend and a unique taste experience.
