Santo Grau Paraty is a classic cachaça from the traditional region of Rio de Janeiro. This white spirit has been produced in the same way for five generations at the historic mill of Paraty. Santo Grau Paraty has an aromatic and intense character, reflecting the features of the coastal region. On the nose, it offers a fresh and fruity aroma reminiscent of sugarcane and citrus fruits. On the palate, it is soft and full-bodied, with notes of herbs and minerals. The finish is long and pleasant, with a light acidity and a hint of pepper.
