Sushi rice itamae (round grain)

Itamae Sushi Rijst is a perfect medium round-grain rice with good stickiness after cooking. This makes the rice excellent for use in sushi, but also, for example, in a Poké Bowl. Because of its stickiness, the rice is easy to eat with chopsticks.
