Restaurant TROEF was founded with a clear vision: an accessible restaurant with a focus on quality and hospitality, without fixed concepts or trends. In a former pizzeria, four friends created a place where the guest is central, with carefully prepared dishes, balanced sauces, and a suitable wine selection. In almost three years, TROEF has welcomed thousands of guests. The positive feedback on the dishes and approach led to the creation of this cookbook.
