Strawberries, ice cream & cotton candy

Fresh strawberries, strawberry ice cream and whipped cream covered with cotton candy, decorated with flowers and cresses.

Ingredients

Strawberry sorbet
Flowers and cresses
Whipped cream
fresh strawberries
Cotton candy machine
Pink cotton candy sugar
Lid for cotton candy machine

Preparation

  1. Put fresh strawberries in a bowl.
  2. Add one or more scoops of (strawberry) ice cream on top of the strawberries.
  3. Place a generous dollop of whipped cream on top of the ice cream.
  4. Use a cotton candy machine and cotton candy sugar to make cotton candy.
  5. Carefully place the cotton candy on top of the bowl with the strawberries, ice cream, and whipped cream.
  6. Garnish the cotton candy with flowers and sweet cresses of your choice.
