Spaghetti ice cream

Fresh strawberries and whipped cream in an Italian stainless steel ice cream coupe, topped with vanilla ice cream pressed into ‘spaghetti’ shapes using a potato ricer.

Ingredients

Whipped cream
fresh strawberries
Vanilla ice cream
Potato ricer

Preparation

  1. Put fresh strawberries in a bowl.
  2. Place a generous dollop of whipped cream on top of the strawberries.
  3. Put (vanilla) ice cream in a potato ricer.
  4. Press the ice cream through the ricer to form 'spaghetti' over the bowl.
