Acili Ezme

Preparation

  1. Let the tomato drain.
  2. Finely chop the tomato, pickle, bell pepper, garlic, peppers, and parsley.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together and add chili flakes, paprika powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Use the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes to make the tapenade nice and creamy.
  5. Finish with pomegranate molasses, parsley, walnuts, and olives.
  6. Serve with the pita.
