Preparation
- Let the tomato drain.
- Finely chop the tomato, pickle, bell pepper, garlic, peppers, and parsley.
- Mix all the ingredients together and add chili flakes, paprika powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Use the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes to make the tapenade nice and creamy.
- Finish with pomegranate molasses, parsley, walnuts, and olives.
- Serve with the pita.
