Preparation
- Cook the rice in milk according to the package instructions.
- Season the rice to taste with some cajeta de leche and vanilla sauce.
- Mix the churros mix with cinnamon powder (to taste).
- Do this in the food processor with a whisk attachment.
- Add the water and beat until a firm batter forms.
- Pipe into hot oil using a piping bag and fry until they float.
- Drain and roll in fine sugar.
- Serve the rice at room temperature topped with a scoop of salted caramel ice cream and the crispy cinnamon churros.
