45mlmezcal
20mlagave syrup
0.25mlshot of fresh lime juice
7.5mlshot of triple sec
chicharrón
taco mix
Preparation
- Mix everything and shake over ice.
- Strain and serve over ice with a dried lime slice.
- Fry the chips in oil at 180°C until they puff up.
- Sprinkle with the spice mix and drain well on paper.
- Serve as a snack with the cocktail.
