Halloween is the perfect occasion to show your creativity. We are happy to inspire you for this. Our chefs went into the kitchen to create accessible, yet certainly surprising creations. Adding a touch of Halloween to your menu is a piece of cake this way! Ingredients for about 4 desserts.

Ingredients

35gBrown rum
300gCream
3gSoaked leaf gelatin
115gMilk chocolate

Oreo crumbs
silver powder

Preparation

  1. Heat the cream with the rum.
  2. Dissolve the gelatin in it.
  3. Pour over the chocolate and mix well to form an emulsion.
  4. Let set well in the refrigerator.
  5. Whip until light and airy before use.

  1. Chop the crumbs finely.
  2. Mix in some silver powder to obtain the 'ash'.
