Ingredients: 22.5 ml Triple Sec; 15 ml tequila; 7.5 ml Aperol; 22.5 ml blood orange purée; 22.5 ml Beet juice; a few splashes of lemon juice; 7.5 ml blood orange syrup; wooden amuse-bouche holder; vodka foam; test tubes
