
Flaming spicy prawn

Ingredients
Chicken broth
chopped chili pepper
garlic and shallot
fresh chorizo sausage
Lime juice
Sea salt
alcoholic beverage (gelified)
ratatouille
three prawns per person
bomba rice
Preparation
- Slice the chorizo and fry in a pan without fat.
- Deglaze with the stock to taste.
- Leave the chorizo in the stock for extra flavor.
