Pumpkin filled with salted caramel

With ready-made chocolate pumpkins, you can serve this Halloween snack in no time!

Halloween is the ideal occasion to show your creativity. We are happy to inspire you for this. Our chefs went into the kitchen to create accessible, but certainly also surprising creations. Adding a touch of Halloween to your menu is a piece of cake this way!

Ingredients

150gUnsweetened whipped cream
8gFleur de sel
185gunsalted butter, cut into pieces
300gSugar
Pumpkin 3D

Preparation

  1. Make a caramel by slowly heating the sugar in a heavy-bottomed pan. Once you have a golden caramel, slowly add the unsweetened cream. Be careful, as this is very hot and can splatter.
  2. Add the fleur de sel and bring to a boil again.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat and add the butter cubes one by one.
  4. Spoon the caramel into a piping bag.
  5. Make a hole in the hollow pumpkin by heating a metal piping nozzle.
  6. Pipe the caramel into it.
  7. Serve, for example, as a petit four with coffee.
