Ingredients

1units.itemspanna cotta ring
10gdark chocolate sauce
10gcrispy black rice
4units.itemsblackberries IQF
2units.itemssepia prawn crackers

Preparation

  1. Fry the prawn crackers at 175°C, let them drain, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  2. Place the panna cotta ring on a plate and let it thaw there.
  3. Arrange the plate with the remaining ingredients as desired.
