Ingredients

10gFurikake

Preparation

  1. Fillet the turbot from the bone, or order turbot fillet with the bone included.
  2. Boil the bone clean and scrub it with a brush.
  3. First skewer the fillet and then cut it into portions.
  4. Sprinkle with the furikake.
  5. Briefly grill the skewers on the barbecue and finish cooking in the oven.
  6. For plating, you can choose radish or other types of vegetables for the desired result.
