A tasty piece of cod needs little; we make a dish with it using little gem. Serve with thick fries.Ingredients

1units.itemsLittle Gem lettuce
remoulade sauce
thick fries

Preparation
- Fillet the turbot and fry the bones whole in a pan until golden brown.
- Add the butter and chopped parsley at the end and heat briefly.
- Cut the little gem in half lengthwise and fry in the butter.
- Serve with the turbot, remoulade sauce, and thick fries.
