Bot with little gem

A tasty piece of cod needs little; we make a dish with it using little gem. Serve with thick fries.

Ingredients

1chopped parsley
100gButter
1units.itemsLittle Gem lettuce
remoulade sauce
thick fries
2units.itemsbone stripped

Preparation

  1. Fillet the turbot and fry the bones whole in a pan until golden brown.
  2. Add the butter and chopped parsley at the end and heat briefly.
  3. Cut the little gem in half lengthwise and fry in the butter.
  4. Serve with the turbot, remoulade sauce, and thick fries.
