Bruschetta Asparagus and Pecorino

Bruschetta served with green asparagus, mascarpone and pecorino.

Ingredients

Pecorino
Mascarpone
1Pack green asparagus
Smoke oil
Bread

Preparation

  1. Slice the bread, drizzle with olive oil, and grill until golden brown.
  2. Clean the asparagus, blanch briefly, and cool in ice water.
  3. Drizzle the green asparagus with smoked oil.
  4. Spread the bruschetta with mascarpone.
  5. Place the green asparagus on top and grate pecorino over it.
