Bun with steak and truffle
Belgisch Blauwe is a cattle breed that owes its name to its uniformly white coat with a blue sheen. The meat contains up to three times less fat than other breeds. Steak from Belgisch Blauwe is therefore extra lean and wonderfully tender. This dish is quick and easy to serve thanks to the use of sous-vide cooked meat.
