Ingredients

250gSoft butter
Smoked salt
2units.itemspressed cloves of smoked garlic
smoked paprika flakes
chives (finely chopped)
picked flower petals
Garden cress

Preparation

  1. Mix the butter with the salt and garlic.
  2. Whip until light and airy.
  3. Spread the butter over the marble slab.
  4. Garnish with smoked paprika flakes, chives, edible flowers, and garden cress.
  5. Serve with rustic sourdough bread.
