Of course, not complete without Amsterdam onions, cornichons, and fresh curly parsley. Recipe for about 4 boards for 2 people.

Preparation

  1. Blend the ossenworst, filet americain, and crème fraîche until smooth in the food processor.
  2. Spread this on the board.
  3. Garnish (per board) with Amsterdam onions, cornichons, and curly parsley.
